Unbecoming Ourselves follows Heather Schenck, in her honest and raw struggle with self-image and depression which was exacerbated by the trials she faced as a nurse and mother during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the pain and darkness, Schenckdiscovers her liberation from unskillful attachments to labels with teachings from secularBuddhism.
